Returns:

Your satisfaction is guaranteed or we'll happily provide you a refund for the shirts that you have purchased. You will be responsible for shipping the garment back to us within 30 days of your order. We will only accept returns on products that have not been worn. If the garment has been washed or stained, we will not allow a refund. Information on how to ship your product back to us is provided on the receipt supplied with your order. If you happen to lose it, please email us and let us know what you would like to return and we will give you instructions on how to do this. You can email tshirthelp@gmail.com .

Shipping prices are based on the weight of the product along with your zip code. Prices are calculated during the checkout process. All of our products ship via USPS and are tracked with a delivery confirmation bar code. Tracking numbers are sent to you via email at the time it is shipped.

A Little About Shipping and How It's Made

We ship to anywhere in the U.S. Shipping takes 7-15 days for all orders in the U.S.

Why does it take 7-15 days for shipping? The answer is simple: variety. We offer around 60 different designs. We offer all of our designs in about 20 different styles and colors. This allows you to create a truly custom shirt. In addition to the choices in styles and colors, we also offer some styles in sizes up to 4XL. If we tried to keep just one of each design, in every style, color and size that we offer; we would have to keep an inventory of over 62,000 shirts. And that’s just to have one of each design in stock.

So instead, we print to order. You may wonder why we don’t print our shirts as the orders come in, or at least process a day’s worth of orders, on the following day. Silk screening shirts, while providing the highest quality results, is a fairly labor intensive process. Every time you print a new design, you have to set up the screen or screens for the artwork; do a test print; make sure everything is lined up correctly; and make sure you have all of the ink colors that you need. When you’re done, you need to clean and put everything away, and go through the same process for the next shirt.

So, it makes sense to do as many of each design at the same time as you can. So we take all of the orders that come in from Monday – Sunday of any given week, and print them the following week. By doing a week’s worth of each design at a time, we can operate our printing plant efficiently; and that keeps our costs and our prices down.

The only way to “speed up” delivery is to take advantage of the cycle just explained. If you order on Monday, that order is not going to be processed until Sunday at midnight, and will not ship until the following Friday, or 12 days later. If you order on Sunday, that order will be processed the same night, and will ship on Friday, or 6 days later.

We do not offer express or overnight shipping. Most of the delivery time is really spent in processing, not in shipping. We ship all of our packages U.S. Postal Service Mail. It usually takes 2-3 business days to reach most parts of the continental United States, so overnight or second day delivery is not really going to be that much of a benefit. We ship thousands of shirts every week and we have automated as much of the process as possible. That’s why it’s not possible for us to pull your order out and ship it by Fed Ex or some other Express service, even if were willing to pay extra or use a personal account.

We use the highest quality shirts and the best printing method available (silk screening). Other t-shirt companies may offer fewer designs, on a limited selection of sizes, colors, and styles. They may iron on their designs or use inkjet printing. It will reduce their set up time, but the image quality, and washability will suffer. We offer more high quality silk screened designs, on more styles, colors, and sizes than any other company. We think that they’re worth waiting for.

Ordering Online:

You can order Shirt Freaks.com shirts with our SECURE SHOPPING CART (EQUIFAX ONLINE AUTHORITY VERIFIED) using Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Start out by clicking on the logo you would like to buy.
Choose your style using the drop down menu.
Choose the color you like.
Choose the size then click the "Add to Cart" button to add the product to your shopping cart.
You will then be taken to a page that will allow you to view the item(s) you have selected You can either continue shopping and add more items to your cart, or you can finalize your order.
To finalize your order, please enter the shipping details and any other required information. (Note: Required information is highlighted using arrows)
After you have completed your shipping information, please click the "checkout" button to pay for your order. If paying by credit card instead of Pay Pal, please note that it is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that you enter the Exact Billing Address that your credit card company has listed for you. (Note: Exact means everything from spelling to zip code, it must all be exactly the same as the address your credit card bill goes to.)
Once your credit card information is complete, click the "Place Order" button and you will receive TWO email confirmations. The first email will be your order details, and the second email will be a confirmation that your credit card was accepted. If you do not receive two emails, then your order wasn't processed and you will be notified as to why.
